1. General provisions
1.1. Sole Proprietor Veniamin Vasilyevich Tkachuk offers to enter into this agreement on the terms of a public offer. The offer is addressed only to individual consumers (the “Buyer”).
1.2. The Narayana Shop online store (the “Online Store”) sells, and the Buyer purchases, goods offered at narayanashop.ru. The current range is displayed on the website.
1.3. The Buyer accepts this agreement when the Buyer pays for an order.
1.4. Under Articles 437(2) and 438(3) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, payment constitutes acceptance of this offer and creates an agreement on the terms stated here.
1.5. By accepting the offer, the Buyer confirms that the Buyer has read, understood, and unconditionally accepts all of its terms, including any integral appendices.
1.6. Acceptance in the manner described in clause 1.3 has the same effect as signing an agreement on these terms.
1.7. Once accepted, the agreement cannot be revoked except as permitted by applicable law or by these terms.
1.8. The agreement does not require a seal or handwritten signatures and has the legal effect of a written agreement.
2. Price, payment, and delivery
2.1. Product prices are the current prices displayed on the website.
2.2. The Online Store may change prices unilaterally before an order is paid. The price of a paid order is not changed.
2.3. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
2.4. The Online Store delivers goods using one of the methods offered at checkout.
2.5. If electronic delivery is selected, the digital item is sent automatically after payment to the email address provided with the order.
2.6. If courier or postal delivery is selected, the Seller sends the goods to the address supplied by the Buyer within the applicable lead time.
2.7. The Buyer specifies the delivery destination at checkout.
2.8. The total delivery period includes order-processing time and the carrier's transit time.
2.9. If pickup is selected, the Buyer collects the goods from the pickup location chosen at checkout after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
3. Claims and disputes
3.1. The Online Store accepts claims by email at info@narayanashop.ru and normally reviews them within five business days.
4. Other terms
4.1. The Online Store may amend these terms by publishing a new version on the website. A new version takes effect when published and does not retroactively change an order already paid for unless the law requires otherwise.
4.2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.3. If a court finds one provision invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
4.4. A party may be excused from performance where a force majeure event prevents it from meeting its obligations. Such events may include natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, hostilities, and comparable circumstances beyond the party's reasonable control. The affected party must promptly notify the other party by email. Performance is extended for the period during which the event prevents performance. If the event lasts for more than three months, the parties may amend or terminate the agreement; neither party may claim damages arising solely from that termination.
