The Buyer may cancel an order at any time before delivery and may return it within seven days after delivery. If written information about the procedure and time limit for returning goods of satisfactory quality was not provided upon delivery, the cancellation period is three months from the date of delivery.
Goods of satisfactory quality may be returned if their original appearance and consumer properties have been preserved and the Buyer can provide a document confirming the purchase and its terms. The absence of that document does not prevent the Buyer from relying on other evidence of purchase. Goods with individually specified characteristics that can be used only by the Buyer who ordered them cannot be returned merely because the Buyer has changed their mind.
The Seller will refund the amount paid, excluding the Buyer's cost of returning the goods, no later than ten days after receiving the request.
Faulty goods
If an item is faulty, the Buyer may exercise the remedies provided by the Russian Federation Law on Consumer Rights Protection: request replacement, a proportionate price reduction, repair, reimbursement of reasonable repair costs, or cancellation of the contract and a refund, subject to the special rules that apply to technically complex goods.
If the cause of a fault is disputed, the Seller will arrange a quality inspection and, where required by law, an expert examination at the Seller's expense. The Buyer may attend the inspection and challenge the expert opinion.
